We believe that entrepreneurship has never been more accessible, yet more complicated. Between dropshipping, AI tools, and SEO, there are a million different considerations (<cough, cough> distractions), that aspiring entrepreneurs are encouraged to consider. So, at BITS, it’s our mission to cut through the noise and deliver access to the ideas, people, and resources, that young people need to make entrepreneurship a truly viable pathway.

We’re a small team working to build a progressive organization. In true entrepreneurial fashion, we believe tenacity outlasts talent, and so we’re looking for people who have something to prove to themselves; people who are curious about what it takes to build something great and make meaningful, lasting, transformative, experiences for our others – whether you operate behind-the-scenes, or out-in-front.

As an organization that works with people, we very much love a good conversation. Our interviews are typically a four-part process which begins by submitting a resume, cover letter, and by completing a Predictive Index assessment.

Our interview process typically involves four steps:

1. First, a brief 15-minute interview with the hiring manager
2. Second, a 1-hour interview with the hiring manager to further discuss your fit with the role
3. Third, you’ll be invited to complete a brief exercise in preparation for the final interview
4. Lastly, a conversation with the hiring manager and another BITS team member to discuss further intricacies of the role and answer any remaining questions you might have.

We are a remote-first organization with team members throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Although our programs are virtual, we host IRL experiences across the GTA and thus our team members must be accessible to the region. We also host occasional meetups and collaborative work sessions for staff in Toronto.
